For direct coding, we ensure we transcribe and code the first 30% respondents to build a proper code frame which is we ensure is very exhaustive. Thereafter the coder listens to each recorded comment and codes it directly from the already built code frame. The code list is extended simultaneously as and when required.

This ensures cost-reduction and reduction man-hours and time.

Translations

Process involves translating the source language into native language without missing the flavor of the comments made by the respondent. This expands the scope of analyzing the data into Non English speaking countries

Coding with Snippets (for off-line projects)

In a pen and paper survey the comments need to be keyed for coding. Snippet coding uses scanned images of the comments directly eliminating keying.
