Visit Unilever’s VQP welcome page and now click on either the “Register” or “Enrol now” link. If the registration is successful, you can then proceed to Step 2 (which will take 5 to 10 minutes). If the registration is not successful, you will need to raise a service ticket under Help and Support > Contact us

The Tungsten team will respond to your query/ticket by notifying you via email within 2 – 3 working days.

2) Why has Unilever selected Tungsten Network? Tungsten is a global company which offers E-Invoicing solutions and provides invoice status services. It is a well-established company providing back office support to its’ customers.

3) How to send invoices? Is there any change in the process of submitting invoices with Tungsten Network Vendor Query Portal rollout? Vendor Query Portal rollout does not impact the way in which you submit your invoices to Unilever, rather is an online solution that enables you to check the status of your invoices. Please be reminded that where it is legally permitted to do so, and where it has been agreed with Unilever legal entities, invoices may be submitted electronically.

4) What is Vendor Query Portal? Vendor Query Portal, provided by Tungsten Network (also known as Invoice Status Service (ISS)), is a free website service which allows you to check the status of your invoices and payments online, 24/7. To benefit from these services, you need to register with VQP.

FAQ’s 5) Is Vendor Query Portal applicable for my country? Vendor Query portal is available to you if you work with Unilever in one of the countries mentioned in the list below:

8) How do I register to Vendor Query Portal? If you have received a unique registration key from Unilever, please click the link and follow the instructions. If you have not received a registration key, please visit: https://portal.tungsten-network.com/mvc/registration

FAQ’s 9) Is there any cost associated with registration to Vendor Query Portal? The service of checking your invoice and payments status through Vendor Query Portal is free of charge for all Unilever Suppliers. Tungsten has referred to some charges on the Tungsten Network welcome page which apply to E-Invoicing facilities only.

10) Do I get multiple logins for my company? Yes. The first person who registers with VQP becomes the Administrator for your company. An Administrator may create additional logins for colleagues.

11) What Information can I view on the portal? You will be able to view your invoice details, its status and additional information as below: Invoice Status; Received, Approved, Rejected or Paid. Exception or Rejection Reason, including details of required action, if applicable . Scheduled Payment Date (as agreed with Unilever buyer/team) For Paid Invoices payment reference number for cash allocation.

FAQ’s 12) What is electronic invoicing? Electronic (paperless) invoicing is the exchange of electronic invoice data from a supplier to customer. An electronic invoice serves as a VAT, tax and accounting document, as well as a request for payment. With electronic invoicing, or E-Invoicing, manual intervention is dramatically reduced. The data is extracted from the upplier's accounting system and submitted directly into that of the customer. Tungsten manages the integration between Tungsten Network and upplier’s accounting systems. Suppliers send invoice data in their preferred format; there is no need to implement or install any additional hardware or software Suppliers who send a low number of invoices may use the Web Form To make use of the Web Form, you simply needan internet connection and a standard browser. For Unilever suppliers E-Invoicing has been implemented in the following countries in Europe and North America
