We are pleased to introduce ourselves as an experienced organization having a well-trained, versatile team and equipment to carry out Stainless Steel /Mild Steel Manufacturing, Fabrication, Assembly and Erection jobs & Construction. We are an established name in the business since the last 25 years and registered suppliers to many a prestigious public and private industrial organizations.
M/s Vardhman Infrafab (P) Ltd. is an organisation managed by technocrat Mr. Mahipal Jain, B.Tech (Mech.), I.I.T. Kanpur having a rich and varied experience in the field.
A lot of import substitution products have been developed and supplied to the Ministry of Defence and Ordinance Factories. We have indigenously fabricated many items for the Armoured Vehicles. We have executed a prestigious contract for supply of Containers for Drinking Water along with pipelines and fixtures to be installed in the BMPI and II Armoured Vehicles. We take pride in mentioning that we are the only supplier in India for the above item.
A very comprehensive and vast experience has been accumulated from execution of contracts in Bhilai Steel Plant in their various departments – Repairs of Blast Furnace Stoves, Commissioning of Rocking Runner, Erection of EOT cranes, Structural and Pipelines, Dismantling and Rebuilding of Coke Oven Batteries. Close involvement in the Erection and Commissioning of 200 MW Steam Generators for MPEB, Satpura Power Plant and 1200 TPD Cement Plant for M/s CCI at Akaltara, M.P. was maintained.
We have executed a Fabrication and Erection contract for Nuclear Power Corporation India Ltd., Kaiga Project Karnataka and have recently completed construction of Store Shed at Bhilai Steel Plant Expansion site. Both work orders have been placed by M/s Utility Powertech Ltd., Noida a JV of NTPC and Reliance Energy Ltd.
In the manufacturing field we have developed the Transformers Casings of 10 KVA – 16 KVA – 25 KVA HVDS Transformers. These Transformers Casings are being supplied to M/s ABB Ltd., Vadodara.
Pressed steel components have been fabricated to close tolerances and have been continually supplied to the automobile industry since 1990.
Also in these few years we have developed a lot of spares for the Cement Plants and regular supplies of Air Slides, Manual Cut-off Gates, Dampers & Valves etc. are made, supplies being executed through M/s EEL India Ltd. and M/s Enexco Teknologies India Ltd.
Our recent endeavors involve fabrication and erection of shuttering for various components of highway construction such as PSC Girders, Piers and Pier Capitals etc. These have been executed for numerous NHAI and metro rail projects.

We are in the process of upgrading the fabrication facilities. Very soon CNC Turret Punch Press Machine and CNC Plasma Cutting machine will be installed to cater to the manufacture of Precision Fabricated Items supplemented by NC Brake Press 120T and NC Shearing Machine. A comprehensive set up for fabrication of Stainless Steel and Aluminium products will be established. This will be complemented with an in-house drawing, design and development section for the design of steel structures for highway and infrastructural projects. Expansion of the current facility is envisaged with the establishment of a new plant to increase the fabrication capacity of medium fabrication up to 500 MT per month.

Complete Isolation, dismantling and rebuilding of 72 cells Coke Oven Battery involving mechanical material handling, equipment and steel structures, gas and bye product lines, valves, electricals and refractories at the Coke Oven Battery No. 1 at the Bhillai Steel Plant.
