About GeoMin
Director Jovan Grubin is a professional engineer of technology and a business manager
with 20+ years of working experience at highest standards of safe and ethical conduct in
complex business environments. Most recently Jovan organized the incorporation of the
start-up Lithium LI Holdings (PGZ JV) subsidiaries in Serbia and Bosnia Herzegovina. As
respective country directors, he worked diligently on stakeholder engagement activities
and day-to-day company management, securing legal and social license to operate in both
countries.
Bob Kellie, former Rio Tinto chief geologist, has made himself available to assist and
liaison with technical matters during the initial projection transition and is also available for
subsequent exploration. Bob is a professional geologist with a track record of
demonstrated success in global minerale exploration and evaluation. He directed efforts to
target, acquire and test prospective exploration licenses in the Balkans, leading to the
discovery of both Rio Tinto’s Jadar B/Li deposit and the Valjevo B/Li prospect in Serbia.
Bob has been intermittently exploring for evaporates in the Balkans since 1997.
The Jantar Group, headed by Dusan Simic, has been contracted to provide project
technical control and supervision over exploration activities as mandated by Serbian
mining Law. The Jantar Group is the region's leading mining services company providing
oversight for all exploration and mining activities.
