All of intervenes plans were centralized on a master plan that proposed consultant visions by some stages.
• Firstly it was focused on the vulnerable elements, afterward we tried to restore the historic building to primary concept, without persisting on the next building usage. Improvement attempts were based on the rehabilitation plans. Designing in the historic context was the most important goal of the project in this section. In the new proposal historic environments conservation rules was taken into account.

The Projects of Designing in Historic contexts1- Study and housing model design for historic context of Noush-Abad (Kashan), Aria-nam
consultant, 2008
1- Adding a new structure in vicinity of the Shahmirzad‟s Housh-mand house, Abmis-pars
consultant, 2010~2011
2- The connecting bridge between two sides of the Coin Museum of Semnan city, Abmis-pars
consultant 2010~2011
3- The Camping Space of Ramsaar Garden-Boulevard, Abmis-pars consultant 2010~2011
4- Design the new entrance of the Semnan city museum (Rajabi historic house), Abmis-pars
consultant, 2010~2011
Adding a new structure in vicinity of
the Shahmirzad’s Housh-mand house
• The historic house of Housh-mand is proposed for
the Handicraft museum in new rehabilitation design.
Also, some spaces such as official section, book
shopping and restroom were requaired. Therefore,
consultant was proposed to build new separate
structures in the north and the south sides of
Housh-mand house.
• In new constructions will paid attention to rules of
designing in historic context. For example:
• Attitude limitation of new building in comparison to
the old structure.
• Integrity with historic context.
• Regarding to new requests in adding spaces.
The connecting bridge between two sides of
the Coin Museum of Semnan city
• The structure as an idea was proposed for
solving the problem of circulation in Timche-
Pehnee. The coin museum, located in
Timche-Pehne which is a small space of
Semnan historic bazaar.
• The connecting bridge is comprised of iron,
wood and glass basically. It is a
prefabricated structure that was made in
equipped workshop previously and was assembled in the Coin Museum then.
• The passengers‟ Camping Space is located on the
northeastern corner of Garden-Boulevard.
Nowadays, there is an abandon land that covers by
grasses and some old trees which are
unorganized. Cultural heritage recommendations
prevent designers from tall, huge and disharmonic
structures. So, the proposed concepts of consultant
is a flat and simplified restaurant, shopping store
and restroom .
• Other requirements such as playing land, green
land and parking are designed by attention to
status quo of land. Old trees were conserved
generally and creeks were dredged up completely.
Native patterns of Ramsaar region has been used
in new structure of the camping.
