Brad Loyet Brad Loyet, born December 19, 1987, is an open- wheel motorsports driver based out of Sunset Hills, Missouri. Loyet is a graduate of Lindbergh High School, Saint Louis Community College and will graduate Webster University in May 2011 with a Business Administration degree and a Certicate in Entrepreneurship. Loyet is the son of Joseph and Lisa Loyet. He is a brother to Aimee Loyet, Marketing Director for Loyet Motorsports. He currently drives midgets, non-wing and wing sprint cars for Loyet Motorsports. Loyet started racing in 2001 at age 14 in a 600cc Micro Sprint at St. Francois County Speedway in Farmington, Mo. In 2003, at 16 years old, he began racing United States Auto Club Ford Focus Midgets across the United States. In the same year, he made his rst National Midget start at Tucson Raceway Park in Tucson Ariz. His second start was at T oyota Speedway at Irwindale in Irwindale, Calif. for the Turkey Night Grand Prix where he nished 9th, picking up the honors of Don Basile Rookie of the Race. In 2010, Loyet made his rst non-wing sprint car debut at Morgan County Speedway in Jacksonville, Ill. He plans on debuting his wing sprint car in 2011. Loyet sustained injuries in 2008 due to a midget car wreck at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa. Loyet was NAMARS Micro Sprint Champion in 2005. He was also Rookie of the Year in National Midget Driver of the Y ear standings, nishing 18th overall. In 2007, Loyet was crowned POWRi (Performance Open Wheel Racing, Inc.) Midget Champion, USAC (United States Auto Club) Most Popular Driver, and USAC Most Improved Driver. Loyet captured the USAC/SMRS Great Plains Championship and nished 2nd in BMARA (Badger Midget Auto Racing Association) in 2009. Brad Loyet

Brad Loyet, born December 19, 1987, is an open-

Loyet finished his 2009 season with 21 wins in midget competition in a

single year, tying Billy Boatʼs record. In 2010, Loyet clinched his second POWRi

Midget Championship as well as finishing 3rd in points in the International World

Series based in Auckland, New Zealand. Loyet was Vacuvorx International Race

of Champions winner at the 2010 Chili Bowl Midget Nationals in Tulsa, Okla.

Loyet has finished in the Top Ten in National Midget Driver of the Year points for

the past 5 years (2005–2010). In National Midget Driver of the Year standings,

Loyet has the most wins for the last 3 consecutive years (2008–2011). Loyet has

made it into the Saturday Night "A" main event at the Chili Bowl Midget Nationals

for the past 3 years (2009–2011). Loyet has been a competitor in the

International World Series based in Auckland, New Zealand (2008–2011). Loyet

has raced in 24 of the States in the United States being victorious in 14 of those.

Loyet plans on focusing on wing sprint car racing in 2011. He will continue

to compete in non-wing sprint car and midget events across the country. Last

year, Loyet travelled to 51 races in one season. Between all forms of racing he

plans to compete in, he will likely surpass that amount in 2011.

  Martin Maritz

Born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa, Martin came to Tulsa in 1996 to play on

the University of Tulsaʼs golf team. During his college golf career he earned All-

American honors twice and was named Western Athletic Conference Champion

and Player of the Year in 2000. After graduating with a Business Administration

degree Martin played professionally for 8 years on the European, Asian, South

African and various mini-tours around the world. He competed in more than 200

professional events in more than 40 countries. Martin is married to his wifeAshley, who played volleyball at the University of Tulsa and they have two

children: Mattias and Marissa. Martin spend 2008-2010 working as an Assistant

Golf Professional at Meadowbrook Country Club as well as The Patriot gaining

valuable experience in the golf industry.

Martin decided to give professional golf another try at the end of 2010, and

experienced great success. Not only did he place in the top ten 5 times in sixteen

events but Martin qualified for the British Open Championship at Royal St

Georges in 2011, a lifelong dream!
