"LDDV"TR10EH3 is the latest high-cycle compact preci-sion injection molding machine, aiming for the world's fastest direct pressure mold clamping ma-chine.It realizes a reduction in the dry cycle time and a reduction in the molding cycle time, by weight saving, low inertia, reduction of hydraulic fluid amount, and standardization of simultaneous op-eration.
TR10EH3 is equipped with an electric hybrid di-rect pressure mold clamping system, combined with the advantages of the electric system and the hydraulic system. A symmetric mechanism was also adopted, which equalizes the expansion and contraction by the pressing force and the thermal expansion of the mold from the center.It realizes the latest high-cycle by maintaining an accurate mold clamping position, and smooth and quick transfer from mold closing to mold clamping.
Adoption of the unique V-LINE® and ultra-high re-sponse control injection valve LDDV* (Linear Direct
Double Valve), further enables molding of ultra-small precision components, and responds to various needs.It achieves the outstanding performance in high-value added molding across a wide range, including ultra-thin, fine shapes, and less strain.
