UX/UI Specialist Do you care deeply about how people experience and interact with software? Do you know how to identify usability problems in complex tools and use best practice, logic and data to improve them? Rocscience is looking for a UX/UI expert to spearhead a unified, exceptional user experience across the entire Rocscience suite of 2D and 3D geotechnical software. You’ll work with subject matter experts across a variety of fields to create a consistent, memorable, and leading-edge interface that supports Rocscience’s mission to continue to develop and refine software products to lead industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills • 3+ years proven experience designing and/or developing best-practice UX / UI • Experience in UX design for 3D applications • UI design experience with respect to CAD modeling • Ability to evaluate user experience, instrumentation, and logging • Experience understanding user needs and creating experiences that cater to pain points. • CAD modelling experience, 3D an asset • WPF/.Net control development experience • Strong communication skills to defend your design solutions with data and/or best practice use cases • Highly collaborative interpersonal skills
