ORDERING INFORMATION

Opening order is $150. No minimum on re-orders, except a few designated items.

We ship via US Mail or UPS Ground, unless specified otherwise.

New Account orders must be paid by credit card or check for us to begin making the order.

We also reserve the right to require large orders to be paid for at the time we begin makingthe order.

There will be a $40 service fee for all returned checks.

Net 30 terms available after 1st order, after credit approval from Rustic River Jewelry. Late payments will incur an interest charge.

All charms are handmade and will have their own unique characteristics adding to their“charm”. Returns will be honored for defective merchandise or items damaged during shipping. All returns must be reported within 5 business days via phone. Other returnsmust receive prior approval from Rustic River and may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. RusticRiver does not refund shipping charges to or from Rustic River.

All prices are wholesale and subject to change without prior notice.

We try to ship orders out within 1-2 weeks. Since all charms are handmade, the size of anorder or the type of jewelry ordered may require a longer production time.

Charm designs and words not shown in our catalog or order form are considered custom.We will charge your credit card when we begin making your custom charms, as well as anyother non-custom charms in your same order. There are no returns allowed on any custom charms.
