University. Untangle University has two divisions. One willfocus on the salon client who desires to know what we know.We will give you information and revelations on all things

related to your naturally straight, relaxed, naturally curly, ortransitioning hair.

Urban Tangles secrets are revealed. You should know we arepassionate about educating you all about your hair.

Allow us to untangle you by showing you how to style yournatural hair. You will get to know what your hair is saying toyou and how to talk back to it by giving it what it needs. We

perform special demonstrations of all the protective styles youlove but can't do!

We will show you until you get it. We will cover the followingtopics: relaxers, hair color, natural and transitioning hair as

well as maintenance of everyday hair.

The other one focuses on the salon professional.The division of Untangle University was designed exclusivelyfor the cosmetology student, existing stylist, and professional

who is ready to achieve more much more.

Strawberry Shortcut CakeServes: 8

Total Time: 35 minutes Prep Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients1 pint(s) fresh strawberries, rinsed1 (16 oz) frozen poundcake, not thawed1 can(s) (12 or 16 oz) whipped or creamy strawberry frosting

Directions1. Cut cake in half horizontally. With cookie cutter, cut out 4rounds from each half; cut each round into 3 layers.

2. Spread 1 Tbsp frosting on each of 2 layers from one stack; top

each with 4 strawberry slices. Reassemble, ending withunfrosted round. Repeat with remaining stacks.

3. Microwave remaining frosting on high, stirring often, to melt.Spoon on stacks. Chill 10 minutes to set. Top with rest of

berries.You' ll need a 2 1/2-in. round biscuit or cookie cutterand a baking sheet. Slice enough strawberries to make 1 1/4cups.
