Since our founding in 2001, our specialt y has been
luxur y furniture with the tactile warmth of genuine,
natural mater ials and the solid qualit y of handmade
craf tsmanship. We br ing a ref ined sensibil i t y to the
salvaged wood we mill ourselves, f rom urban trees
that would other wise be discarded.

step of the process, f rom salvage to f inishing,
for precise qualit y control. We are commit ted

design, deadline, or budget . We are proud to

Urban Hardwoods guarantees its products against defects in material or manufacture for 3 years.
We guarantee our wood finish, under normal conditions of use, against defects in composition or application for 1 year.
Damage in shipping is the responsibility of the carrier, and we will assist you in addressing any damage claims and repairs that arise.
Problems caused during installation are the responsibility of the on-site installers, and we will assist you in addressing any damage claims and repairs that arise.

L E A D T I M E
Lead times vary based on the size and scope of the project, and the material status.
Lead time for the Executive Collection is 8-10 weeks.
Lead time for custom pieces is 10-12 weeks.
Lead time for Urban Hardwoods Classic pieces is 4-6 weeks.
PAY M E N T T E R M S
We have straightforward payment terms for all of your projects.
Full payment is required prior to shipping.
50% deposit is required to hold material or begin fabrication. Full payment is required upon completion and prior to shipping.
S H I P P I N G
We ship nationally and internationally, fully insured, with third-party carriers.
We ship both white glove and dock to dock.
We ship both crated and blanket wrapped, depending on availability, customer needs, and the order details.
Assembly instructions are included when necessary for on-site installation crews.
Shipping costs vary based on the sizes of the pieces and the order, shipping method, and destination.
Delivery and installation are not included in product pricing. We will be happy to obtain a firm shipping quote for your order prior to purchase.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery from date of pickup.
All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt to check for shipping damage.
