Assisting in Civil Status and Visa Matters, Control, Screening and registration of applications

Direct Contact with the visitor’s and Correspondence with the applicants for visa cases and civil status.

Interviewing the applicants and scrutinizing of complete application according to Swiss Embassy requirements.

Meetings and discussions with the lawyers in case of civil cases, making reports for the Embassy, assisting all the applicants for their problems and informing them for the rectification of their problems in a legal way. Liaising with lawyers for stuck up / suit filed cases.

Handling of all internal administrative duties and looking after all filling system, listings, mailing and complete administration of consular section etc.
