Welcome to CSSA Immersion Program!
Pegasystems, Inc. is pleased to offer the Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Immersion Program, a comprehensive two week course that takes a deep dive into the key competencies required to learn PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC). This extraordinary program teaches invaluable skills and builds on students existing System Architect knowledge on PRPC to help them reach a Senior System Architect level of expertise, Companies that send employees to this program are provided with a unique opportunity to leverage their existing investment in PRPC
and strengthen their competitive edge by enabling teams to become the leaders in building PRPC applications. CSSA Immersion students have an opportunity
to directly interact with our exclusive team of Certified Senior System Architect instructors while completing class work and participating in
technical discussions.
During the day students access the University of Pega to learn the ten PRPC core competencies, work through materials, complete
exercises and knowledge checks in the eLearning environment, while the instructor provides coaching, technical expertise that challenges student’s
skills, and describes alternative solutions that are available when creating a PRPC application. In addition, students participate in group discussions and work
in teams to complete activities.
Evenings are dedicated to completing homework assignments provided by the instructor or participating in activities where students can further enhance their knowledge and prepare for the Certified Senior System Architect exam. Students are offered the opportunity to take the CSSA exam on the last day of the program.

Prerequisites
` Certification Requirements: Before embarking on the program students must be a Certified System Architect. Field experience is helpful but not required.
` System Requirements: Understanding high-level concepts and relationships is essential, but the real learning occurs by using the product. To complete the exercises students receive a PRPC Personal Virtual Server (PVS), a PRPC VMware Virtual Machine that needs to be installed on their laptop. The system requirements for laptops are listed below:
The Program
Week Content1 Week one kicks off with a focus on the first set of competencies required for CSSA mastery
including Rule Resolution and Reusability, BPM, User Interface, PRPC Architecture, implementation and Performance tools.
2 Week two focuses on the remaining set of competencies which includes Services and Connectors, BRE, Reporting, Security, and Application Deployment.
