This Bookstore Agreement is made and entered into to be effective beginning April 1, 2005, by and betwen University of North Texas, a State of Texas higher education agency and Follett Higher Education Group, Inc., an Illinois corporation for the operation and management of the University of North Texas Bookstore located at University of North Texas, Denton, Texas 76203.
