Revisions may include: closing the plan if all objectives have been met reducing the level of support to reflect increased independence increasing the level of support to address unmet needs changing the type of support changing the method of delivering support.

Assessment methodology

Learners can enter the types of evidence they are presenting for assessment and the submission date against each assessment criterion. Alternatively, centre documentation should be used to record this information.
