We are going to work with:

- Uniformity: When the transmitter of the message attempts to make the receiver perceive all of the visual elements included in an image with the same intensity and often as asingle thing.

-Enhance: An element in an image is highlighted from the rest, when placed in the centre or on the right side of the image, as well as when its colour or size is different.

Types of images by purpose:

- Descriptive images: Images that define places or figures, generally through a simple design.

- Hortatory purpose: Images that try to make the receptor do what the message is suggesting.

- Identifying images: Express the philosophy of a company, to make it distinctively recognised by others.

- Indicative images: Show information throughsigns, such as pictograms giving directions or rules.

-Informative purpose: The purpose is to identify people or groups of people; indicate actions, directions, describe facts or situations.

- Leisure and aesthetic purpose: Their main purpose is to entertain the receiver.

El código de circulación emplea las figuras y los colores para darnos Información.

Una señal triangular nos está avisando de algún peligro y están en-marcadas por el color rojo.

Las señales cuadradas o rectangulares suelen ser azules y nos informan.

Las circulares enmarcadas por rojo nos señalan una prohibición.

Las circulares azules indican obligatoriedad.

Vamos a diseñar nuestras propias señales. Para ello puedes inspirarteen tu vida cotidiana, en casa, con los amigos, en el colegio… pero debes emplear el código de formas y colores del código de las señales de circulación.

Hay que ser creativos, no copiar señales existentes, sino diseñar e inventar vuestras propias señales
