start yourinternationalcareer!The Unilever International InternshipProgramme (UIIP) is a world-class 6-monthinternship in one of our Marketing, Finance orSupply Chain functions. You will have theopportunity to work on dynamic and innovativeprojects where you learn from the best, joining ateam of experienced individuals that will helpyou develop yourself both on a personal andprofessional level. Just like An-An who studiedBusiness Administration in Germany and joinedthe UIIP in Marketing.

UIIP IN MARKETINGYou will join our Marketing team,either at our globalheadquarters in London or ourEuropean headquarters inRotterdam. Here you will worktogether with our leadershipteam to strategically developiconic brands such as Ben &Jerry's, Dove, Lipton or Knorr.

UIIP IN FINANCEYou will join our Finance team atour European Operations Centrein Katowice or Rotterdam. Hereyou will work on projects thatwill show you how finance has amajor influence on the future ofbrands – and the world.

UIIP IN SUPPLY CHAINHere you will have an impact onour Logistics across theEuropean countries. You willsupport the challenge ofcreating sustainable deliveryprocesses for our diverseproducts in several markets.

LEARN BY EXPERIENCEOur interns are constantlysurprised and delighted by howincluded and involved they are,and by how much responsibilitythey are given. But this is thebest way to learn and the bestway to gain insight on how wereally work. You will work onreal challenges and businesscases for our leading iconicbrands, like Dove, Knorr,Magnum, Hellmans, Lipton, andTRESemmé. Working with seniormanagers you will make asocial, environmental andbusiness impact, playing a rolein moving our innovations fromconcept idea to full scaleproduction, depending on thebusiness area you work in. Youmay also get the chance to workwith external partners or teamsfrom other business areas at aglobal or regional level. What’scertain is you’ll never live thesame day twice.

LEARN THROUGH PEOPLEAside from the opportunities tolearn from business leaders,during your Internship you willalso learn from a mentor andbuddy. The mentor is either oneof our trainees on the UFLP oran experienced manager, whowill guide your development.The buddy will be another internor assistant manager, who willhelp you with your day-to-dayjob and life.

FORMAL LEARNINGYou will set key businesspriorities and developmentareas for the Internship togetherwith your manager, and measureprogress with mid and post-internship reviews.You will develop your projectmanagement skills through areal project supported byworkshop sessions.
