I choose only a few dinosaurs to use from these. I chose a mix of herbivore and carnivore and small medium large, (see the mini book, those were the

main ones we looked at).

I printed the image back to back with the facts so that I could refer to them when we were looking at the cards. At one point we each took a card with a

partner and tried to put them in order smallest to biggest. Then we sorted them by herbivore and carnivore. Then we just picked our favourite and

made a graph.

The main vocabulary for the unit are found on the first 8 pages, not necessarily dinosaur names.
