La nostra azienda nasce sulle colline umbre di Montefalco, luoghi che favoriscono la coltivazione di vitigni fortemente legati al territorio come il Sagrantino, autoctono d’eccellenza, il Trebbiano Spoletino e il Grechetto, insieme ad altri illustri vitigni internazionali. I nostri terreni sono stati ottimizzati garantendo un’esposizione differente per ciascun vitigno, così da valorizzare al meglio le diverse caratteristiche organolettiche dei vini ottenuti.

UN ESPOSIZIONE DIFFERENTECHE FA LA DIFFERENZA

TECNOLOGIA DI PRODUZIONE Seguiamo i canoni della lotta integrata, metodo di coltivazione a basso impatto ambientale che prevede una drastica riduzione dell’uso di fitofarmaci. Dalla lavorazione della struttura della pianta, attraverso una potatura equilibrata, fino alla fase della vinificazione, utilizziamo solamente le più innovative tecniche, conoscenze e attrezzature, per esaltare tutto il naturale potenziale aromatico delle nostre uve.

AMPIEZZA DI GAMMA La nostra produzione vanta due principali linee, Benedetti & Grigi e Gaita del Falco. L’offerta variegata vuole valorizzare al meglio i vini del nostro territorio: dal Bianco e Rosso Umbria IGT al DOCG Montefalco Sagrantino in versione secco e passito, passando per i DOC Montefalco Rosso, Montefalco Grechetto e Spoleto. E il 2017 porta altre due novità, un vino Grechetto DOC da fermentazione del mosto in barriques e uno spumante metodo charmat.

DIFFERENT SUN EXPOSURE WHICH MAKES THE DIFFERENCEOur company was born in the Umbrian hills of Montefalco, the ideal place for the growing of grape varieties with strong local roots such as Sagrantino - the native variety par excellence - Trebbiano Spoletino and Grechetto together with other illustrious international varieties. Our estate has been optimised, guaranteeing diverse sun exposure for each grape variety and thus bringing out their different aroma and f lavour characteristics in our wines to the full.

WINE MAKING TECHNOLOGIESWe follow the integrated pest management system, a low environmental impact farming method which involves a drastic reduction in plant protection product use. From work on vine structure by means of balanced pruning right through to wine making, we exclusively use the most innovative techniques, know-how and equipment to exalt the natural aroma potentia l of our grapes.

A BROAD RANGEOur production boasts two main ranges - Benedetti & Grigi and Gaita del Falco. The aim of this variegated product range is to promote our local wines to the full: from Bianco and Rosso Umbria IGT to DOCG Montefalco Sagrantino in its dry and passito versions and also DOC Montefalco Rosso, Montefalco Grechetto and Spoleto. 2017 also saw two new products coming out, a DOC Grechetto made by fermenting the must in barrique and a Charmat method sparkling wine.
