If you purchase an Ultimate Care Plan for your heating and air conditioning units, you will earn $100 for each year. After 10 years, you will have accumulated $1,000 towards the purchase of a new heating and cooling system! If you choose to purchase this plan for your heater or air conditioner only, you will earn $50 per year.

Our plumbing technician will inspect and test your home’s plumbing system. We will check your water pressure, dye-test all toilets for leaks, test all faucets for proper operation and sink drains for proper drainage, inspect washing machine hoses, and tag main shut off valve, plus more!

Our electrical technician will inspect and test your home’s electrical system. This service will ensure that your electrical system is operating safely. We will take an infrared picture of your electrical panel to identify any potential problems, plus more!
