Sponsorship Planning Begin process for annual sponsors at September BOD meeting and assigning

each BOD member to contact at least 3 sponsors

Ideas for types and names of sponsors—our historic sponsors—we keep a spreadsheet of all sponsors with Chapter member contacts; ideas for new sponsors from other CRE membership event sponsors

Emphasis on value proposition for sponsors both paid and “in-kind”—networking including sponsor recognition events and holiday parties/State Conference/Chapter Memberships/NC-CCIM website links/Business Journal ads
