Trojan Holding BuzzThe latest news within theTrojan Holding family

Trojan Holding Iftar

Set in an arabesque theme and with a slogan of "Together We Build", Trojan Holding's third annual iftar celebration was held at the prestigious Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, highlighting Trojan Holding's construction achievements. Having all the subsidiaries and sister companies under one roof, it was an opportunity for Trojan Holding employees to get together and share their combined accomplishments and reconnect with their group.

Eng. Hamad El Amri was welcomed to the stage to address the crowd with a heartfelt welcome. His speech headlined the evening with a brief history of Trojan Holding and its growth in the last couple of years. Eng. Hamad stressed that during this holy month, we are all presented with an opportunity to pause; reflect on our lives, our health, our families, our friends and our resolve to get better every year and to be grateful for the blessings that we enjoy; which we sometimes tend to take for granted.

We love Trojan! - A positive work atmosphere breeds positive outcomes

Aside from the job scope itself, one factor that significantly influences how employees feel about work is the environment. By work environment, that means everything that forms part of employees’ involvement with the work itself, such as the relationship with co-workers and supervisors, organisational culture and room for personal development.

Trojan Holding believes in projecting the most positive work atmosphere possible. A positive work atmosphere is not only important for our physical, mental and emotional health, but is also important for the company. The better we feel at work, the more likely we will take pride in our work functions. So remember to take time in the day to encourage others. Remember: We’re all human, and most humans respond well to the real thing; in-person communication that says “you matter.”
