Project Management Office• Consists of a well-trained team off 22 professionals with university degrees in diverse fields

• The Project Management Office adheres to best practices from the Project Management Institute (PMI), ISO9000, Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints (TOC)

• The PM Office has a wide range of hours in order to accommodate requests from different time zones

• Accounts are assigned to one of our Project Coordinator (PC) teams so that more than one person is familiar with the project specifications and someone from the team is always available

• Every Project Coordination team has a Project Manager who is responsible for the entire team’s timeliness, punctuality, budget management and client satisfaction
