Transfer of Land Act 1958

Transfer of Land (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2017

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 2016 to increase specific prescribed fees and amounts payable to the Registrar under the Transfer of Land Act 1958.

2 Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 120 of the Transfer of Land Act 1958.

3 Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2017.

4 Prescribed fees

In Schedule 1 to the Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 20161—

(a) in item 12—

(i) for "$9.38" substitute "$9.56";

(ii) for "$11.67" substitute "$11.90";

(b) in item 14—

(i) for "$5.50" substitute "$5.61";

(ii) for "$8.12" substitute "$8.28";
