We love to recognise the great achievements made by our Amway IBO’s, a big congratulations!Trish and Paul Yates are loving life immensely and why not? They’ve established a very successful Amway business over the past seventeen years and are excited at making Founders Emerald.

The couple became loyal customers of Amway in 1979, buying the home care products for years before they realised there was a business opportunity involved!

“Amway products were the only ones that did not irritate our eldest child’s allergies,” explained Trish. “Once we were aware we could get a significant discount on products we were buying anyway, it was a no-brainer to register as an IBO.”

As small business people running their own IT company, Paul and Trish were used to massive overheads,

warehousing stock and managing a team of employees. They admit it took a while to grasp how Amway could offer such a big opportunity with such low investment and risk.

Once it clicked, they never looked back.

“Amway ticks all the boxes for a perfect business,” says Paul. “It provides a safe place to grow and learn. With Amway’s ongoing support and training, you learn to motivate and lead yourself and others.”

A focus on personal financial goals has been well rewarded, but their greatest satisfaction is still helping others to succeed. The next goal is a block of land in Fiji and with their three grown children all marrying within 12 months of each other, this sunny Gold Coast couple have a spectacular year planned for themselves.

Ross and Margaret Emanuel were both public servants in the 1980s. It was a good life but one they both knew was very limited in terms of personal growth and financial opportunity. When they were introduced to Amway, the couple had already investigated several business ownership options, but were dismayed by the demands and financial risk involved.

Amway ticked every box. Oustanding products, great income potential, low investment and next to no risk at all.

Along with the skills and experience Ross and Margaret have gained with Amway, the income they’ve earned along the way helped them to become debt free, which was a huge achievement. Now their focus

is on helping to build a fabulous future for their three children, who have all joined them in the business. Ross laughs when he explains “It’s revolving doors around here. One’s just come back from Canada, another just left for the USA. We’ll be off to the USA soon as well.”

Their next trip to the USA is to take part in a leadership development programme. The couple take advantage of all the training available to them because as Ross notes, “the leadership training and development is second to none.”

The thought of speaking in front of large groups was enough to make Cathy Stubbs physically ill. You would never know it today! This vivacious mum of three is a powerhouse of passion now as confident talking to 50 people as she is chatting one-on-one about the Amway business she has built with her husband Bradley.

A fan of ARTISTRY products, Cathy has to laugh when she explains that she paid retail for the products for years. When she finally joined Amway Cathy loved the wholesale prices on her favourite products but it was Bradley who first realised they could create a real asset with Amway.

“As a former pro surfer, Bradley is always up for a new adventure but it took me a while to understand that we could create an asset just by sharing information about the

company and these products that I love so much!”

The couple both agree they have been ‘blown away’ with the integrity and the ethics of Amway as a company.

Amway has provided Cathy with the skills and confidence to help others, which is by far her greatest passion. “This Amway business changes lives. We’ve seen people in our team become full time parents or improve their traditional job positions because of how much they’ve learned. Having a supportive structure around them gives people real confidence and nothing gives us more satisfaction than watching others advance.”
