    BEEF 2021 TRADE FAIR PROSPECTUS

The Australian beef industry assembles every three years in Rockhampton to compete, showcase, learn about and celebrate industry innovations and achievements.

BEEF AUSTRALIA is the premier event of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, attracting over 100,000 visitors from throughout Australia and the world, over an action-packed week.

BEEF AUSTRALIA’s rich history dates back to Australia’s bicentennial celebrations in 1988. Originally planned as a ‘one off’ event, its success was such that the inaugural event was held again in 1991. It has since been held every three years and has grown to become the cattle industry’s national exhibition.

Australia’s beef cattle industry will again attract national and international attention when it goes on display in Rockhampton, Queensland from 2 to 8 May, 2021.

BEEF AUSTRALIA 2021 provides a platform for all aspects of the beef supply chain to be acknowledged, represented and celebrated through a relevant, engaging and innovative educational and social program that benefits the Australian beef industry. We achieve our vision by focusing on four key pillars.
