1970: Technology Park/Atlanta founded by Georgia Tech grads to help attract technological and scientific-based companies to the Metro Atlanta area

Controlling interest was given to the Georgia Tech Foundation

1981: Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company purchased controlling interest from GT Foundation

P&O owned 95% of Technology Park/Atlanta from 1981-2004

2004: Four key TP/A executives purchased the company on 12/31/04 for $76 million

Company changed name to TPA Realty Services, LLC
