About•The premise of TOMS shoes is ONE for ONE. •Founded in 2006 by Blake Mycoskie after traveling in Argentina. •Discovered that the children there did not own shoes, so he decided to do something about it.

Success

• Mycoskie returned later that year with 10,000 shoes to give.

• Since 2006 over 1million shoes have been given to needy children all over the world.
