The Confederation of Italian Entrepreneurs Worldwide (Confederazione degli Imprenditori Italiani nel Mondo, CIIM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing together entrepreneurs, business owners, corporate executives and managers interested in expanding their business network.

Recruited key support personnel to run three new U.S. offices, including Manhattan office

Restructured Confederation with innovative changes, increasing membership by 25% over one year period for unprecedented growth to 1300 members
