TOMAHAWK FALL RIDEFall colors and September in Wisconsin means that it’s time for the 38th Annual Tomahawk Fall Ride. It happens each year around the third weekend in September, this year from September 9-15th. The event is held in Tomahawk and the surrounding area. There are two Harley-Davidson manufacturing plants located in Tomahawk where they mold plastic parts and paint them.

Bubba’s Big Party is located about nine miles north of Tomahawk at Nokomis Town Park on County Highway L. Performing under the big tent at Bubbas will be Madman’s Tribute to Ozzy Osbourne and lots of other great bands. Camping, showers, firewood, food, drinks and lots of merchandise vendors are located on the grounds.

The Northwoods have plenty of great riding roads that wind around numerous lakes and streams. Rhinelander, Gleason, Deerbrook, Antigo, Eagle River and St. Germain are some of the communities located close to Tomahawk and provide wonderful places to stop and take a break.
