In my current role as Senior Project/Program Manager, Supervisory within RBC Personal Banking Lending Projects, I have worked on several product development initiatives following strict adherence to a prescribed LgPMF (Large Program Management Framework) and PMF Project Management Framework) , currently leading a large, complex, multi-year system and IT technology program. I am PMP certified for the past 9 years, completed in excess of 40+ projects My participation in the resource planning sessions with RBC IT for Canadian Banking Personal Financing Projects has given me the ability to clearly assess, prioritize and coordinate all initiatives. During the 15 years within Canadian Banking and Global Technology (IT) I have been responsible for numerous Operational system changes, third party internet portals and upgrades as well as new product launches. I have worked with multiple external vendors on Contract negotiation, RFI/ RFP process, relationship Management and the Service Level agreements making me a strong candidate for this role.
