Randy Brewer www.reverbnation.com/mandorando Randy Brewer has performed music since his teens, both solo, and with numerous rock, folk, and bluegrass bands. Though his first love is mandolin, he likes expressing music through several instruments, including guitar, bass and tabla. Randy also performs with The Troubadours of Divine Bliss, and plays bass with Hell at the Union Hall.

He will share his very practical approach to understanding the guitar by demonstrating simple techniques and helping students develop a personal catalogue of picking and strumming styles.
Dan & Faith www.danandfaith.com Dan and Faith are a Bolton, Massachusetts-based husband and wife singer-songwriter duo who describe their music as dream-inspired folk. Daniel Senie (guitar, harmonica, vocals) and Faith Senie (mandolin, bass guitar, dulcimer, tenor banjo, vocals) tap into dreams and everyday life in crafting their original songs. They also perform select covers. The duo has released three studio CDs and a live EP. A Leo debut!

Mark Dvorak www.markdvorak.com The Chicago Tribune has called Mark Dvorak “masterful,” and the Fox Valley Folk Festival describes him as “a living archive of song and style.” Mark is also an integral member of the faculty at Chicago's Old Town School of Folk Music. He began teaching as an avocation but his interest in working with students deepened and evolved into a way of life and a livelihood of "helping people teach themselves. Join him for a workshop this evening at 5:30.

Family & Friends Family and Friends is from Hillsboro, OH. The group evolved several families enjoyed singing and playing together on the porch, hence the name. Their music is all acoustic and mixes contemporary and traditional folk, bluegrass, and anything else that fits. Everyone sings backed by acoustic guitar, mandolin, and upright bass.

Arduser and Cunningham will teach those in attendance a song and assign everyone a specific part to play. The ensemble will then practice said tune, paying attention to each individual section and instrument. If all goes well the group will join Chris and George during their set.
