Project IdeaContext:• European lifespan is in continuous progression: average 8-9 years

longer than in 1960• Decline in the number of working age (15-64) : 6,8% (20,8 million)

by 2030=>two persons of working have to support one retired (+65)=>increase in the productivity and stress

Solution to prolonging active ageing• Improving the working conditions:

– Environment Monitoring : multimodal monitoring technologies (acoustic, vision…) to measure the job quality

– Job satisfaction : performance (self-esteem…), accurate feedback…

• Developing and maintaining skill and competence: knowledge sharing

• Developing flexile and smart interface: adaptable to the person and environment profile
