The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State warriors will wrap up their two-game regular season series tonight at Quicken loans arena. In their first meeting on Jan. 7, antawn Jamison (21 points), Manny Harris (16 points, 10 rebounds) and J.J. Hickson (17 points, nine rebounds) each gave strong efforts, but the warriors shot 41-85 (.482) from the field, including 14-28 (.500) from deep, to win 116-98 at oraCle arena. Cleveland leads the all-time series 49-48.

The Cavs have been effective on the offensive glass as of late, averaging 15.3 offensive rebounds per game from Feb. 25 to March 2 (three games). Cleveland has also received solid play from alonzo Gee, who averaged 11.0 points and 4.3 rebounds in 24.7 minutes per game over that span. last wednesday, Gee scored a season-high 18 points on 6-13 (.462) shooting to go along with seven rebounds, two assists and one steal in 38 minutes versus San antonio. after tonight, the Cavs hit the road to face the Milwaukee Bucks tomorrow night at the Bradley Center.

The warriors are among the best three-point shooting teams in the nBa, connecting on .392 of their long range attempts (2nd best in league). Golden State is also second in steals (9.0), while averaging 102.7 points per game. Monta ellis is the warriors leading scorer with 24.7 points, while also averaging 5.4 assists and 2.3 steals per game (3rd in nBa). ellis had 32 points, 10 assists and three steals against the Cavs in the Jan. 7th contest.

Cavs forward Alonzo Gee tallied a season-high 18 points and seven rebounds agains the Spurs on March 2.
