Yes, I’ve been in the industry for a long time, but that doesn’t mean I know it all. I pride myself on continuous learning. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll do the research to find out for you.

I might show you an item that I don’t like. That’s because we all have different tastes. Just because I don’t like it, doesn’t mean that you won’t.

I’m going to ask a lot of questions, and I hope you don’t mind. And I might ask you ‘why’ you want to do something. It’s not because I think you’re wrong, but because I don’t understand. A clearer vision of where you want to go will help both of us.

I may not always tell you what you want to hear. If I think an item doesn’t fit your brand, I’ll tell you. Or if I think that what you have chosen is of poor quality, I’ll try to steer you to something that is better.

You won’t always be working with me. There is a great team in the office that will also assist you. If you can’t reach me when I’m out of the office, someone there will certainly be able to help.

And sometimes I’ll make a mistake. I’m human, and it’s bound to happen. Just know that when I do, I will do everything in my power to make it right.
