CREDO Southeast Retreats CREDO Southeast offers a variety of retreats. The retreats typically begin on Friday evening at 1900 and conclude on Sunday with lunch. Well, I know you have been working hard, and have not had much time to just BE. This is an opportunity to plan a quick getaway to reset your energy and focus on what matters to you. The program is designed to give you space to settle and rest, and maybe make some new friends. During the retreat: No last names, no uniforms, no questions about your job... It is time to just be. CREDO Marriage Enrichment Retreat (MER): The MER is designed to encourage healthy marriages and is designed to help couples grow. It is not designed for couples who need significant counseling. Couples discover ways to: -Nurture their marriage -Handle the inevitable conflicts -Establish roles and boundaries -Discover their spouses love language -Build intimacy and communication -Strengthen the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of their marriage CREDO Family Enrichment Retreat (FER): The FERs give you the opportunity to work on family dynamics, communication, and team work. There are sessions where they have child care available so they can discuss parenting issues, and give special attention to needs and concerns. They also have guided activities for the whole family. The activities vary per retreat and some are seasonal. Some of the activities available on their FER are; ropes course, dolphin cruise, team sports, and various leisure activities.
