The Water Park Policies and Procedures are not comprehensive and are subject to change without notice. The park has a number of rules and procedures for each attraction applicable to each guest which, if not followed, can result in said guest being escorted off the property without a refund, other compensation or revocation of season pass privileges. Food, Beverages, Coolers and Grills Any food, beverages and coolers may not be brought into The Water Park at Lanier Islands. Exceptions include and are limited to special diets, infant food and one bottle of water (refer to our Water Bottle Policy for additional information). Grilling and open flames are prohibited in and around the property including all designated parking lots for The Water Park. Bottle of Water Policy We encourage all our guests to stay hydrated throughout the day. We do allow one unopened bottle of water per guest into The Water Park at Lanier Islands. We have over 10 locations throughout the park where water can be purchased at any time. In addition, water fountains are selectively located throughout that facility. Prohibited Items Safety of all our guests is one of our top priorities here at The Water Park enabling everyone to enjoy the park. All bags, purses, and similar containers are subject to search prior to entering the park. Prohibited items include: Glass Knives Utensils Fireworks and Explosives Weapons and Ammunition Aerosol Cans-excluding sunscreen, bug spray and hygiene products Drones Drugs of any kind Electronic vehicles In addition to the above, any employee of The Water Park that deems an object as unsafe will have the guest and object removed by security. Smoking Smoking and vaping is permitted in designated smoking areas only. All other areas are considered tobacco-free and vape-free. Remember we are a drug-free facility and do not allow smoking or possession of medical marijuana on Margaritaville at Lanier Islands property. Guest Code of Conduct

All Guests are required to abide by local, state and federal laws in addition to The Water Park Policies and Procedures, and instructions posted throughout the park. All items below can result in a guest or party being escorted off the premises without refund or other compensation and is at the discretion of employees.

1. Language - the use of profanity, offensive comments, gestures and symbols are strictly prohibited.

2. Line-Jumping/Saving - guests may not save places or cut in lines for themselves orothers. Several rides have fast passes that are available for purchase.

3. Fighting - we do not tolerate fighting of any kind including but not limited to aggressive conduct towards another guest, threats verbal or nonverbal, or any type of behavior an employee of Margaritaville at Lanier Islands deems aggressive.

4. Clothing - clothing with offensive language, depicts violence towards any person/group, inappropriate tattoos, statements or artwork are strictly prohibited. Nudity will not be tolerated and is prohibited. See Dress Code Policy for more detailed information.

5. Property Damage/Theft - any damage to or destruction of Margaritaville at Lanier Islands property or theft of any property will not be tolerated. Offenders will be escorted from the property by local authorities and could potentially face legal action.

6. No Diving - diving off or into any pool or water attraction is strictly prohibited.

7. Restricted Areas - no guest is permitted into “Employee Only” areas without strict supervision from a member of management. All guests are required to abide by all signage posted keeping guests out of specific areas for the safety of guests.

8. Aquatics - all aquatic attractions inside the park are lifeguarded with the exception of thelake which is “swim at your own risk.” Lifeguards are there to protect guests and their families so that everyone can go home as safely as possible. Each aquatics attraction has its own set of rules enforceable by the lifeguard on duty. Disrespectful behavior or attitude toward any lifeguard enforcing a rule or policy will not be tolerated and is strictly prohibited. See Aquatic Attraction Rules and Procedures for more information.

Dress Code

For health, safety and the spirit of a family-friendly atmosphere we expect all guests to abide by a dress code. The Dress Code is strictly enforced, and it is at the discretion of Margaritaville at Lanier Islands whether clothing is deemed safe, unsafe, or offensive. Admission to the park will not be granted for any guest that is in violation of the Dress Code. This includes but is not limited to the examples below. • Non-nylon material swimwear is prohibited from all aquatic attractions with slides (cotton, polyester, etc. permitted.)

• Clothing that is gang related, has offensive language/symbols/artwork is prohibited

• Nudity or too revealing clothing/bathing suit is strictly prohibited

• Nylon shirts/shorts and rash guards are permitted on any aquatic attraction

• Tattoo artwork that is obscene, offensive or gang related is strictly prohibited

• Non-swim shoes are not permitted on any aquatic attraction

• Jewelry the poses as a hazard to any rider, the attraction, or other guests is strictly prohibited

• Clothing that depicts violence towards any person/group is strictly prohibited.

• All diaper-aged children must wear swim diapers. Cloth and regular disposable diapers are not permitted in any pool. Please refrain from changing diapers on slide/pool decks and other public areas. Changing stations are located in the restrooms. Swim diapers are available for purchase in our retail locations.

Pets

Pets are not permitted into The Water Park. Service animals are permitted on the premises.

Alcohol

Guests may consume alcohol that is purchased from Margaritaville at Lanier Islands facility and only while on premises. Guests are not permitted to bring outside alcohol onto the property through any of our admissions gates including the beach. Alcohol purchased on the property cannot be removed from property either.
