    The Great Wall of China

    The Great Wall, crossing mountains and rivers, remains one of the great wonders of

    the world and many of the stones that were used in its construction are more thaneight feet beyond the ton.

    The wall has a height of seven to eight meters, reaching ten in some points with seven

    meters wide at the base and six at the crest.

    Machu Picchu Per

    The complex of Machu Picchu,located in Peru is undoubtedly the most important and

    most visited in South America receives hundreds of thousands of tourists, is known as

    the ancient sacred city of the Incas.

    It has a unique beauty that attracts tourists from around the world and the fact that it

    is located at the summit of the mountain makes it unique.

    Taj Mahal India

    The Taj Mahal is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that

    combines elements of Islamic architecture, one Persian, Indian and even Turkish,

    The monument has been especially well known for the romantic character of his

    inspiration. Although the mausoleum covered with white marble dome is the most

    familiar, Taj Mahal is an integrated complex of buildings.

    Now a major tourist destination of India.

    Petra

    Is an important archaeological site in Jordan, and the former capital of the Nabataean

    kingdom.

    The settlement of Petra is located in a narrow valley, east of the Arava valley extending

    from the Dead Sea to the Gulf of Aqaba.

    Christ the Redeemer Brasil

    The statue of Christ the Redeemer or Christ of Corcovado is a 38-meter image of Jesus

    of Nazareth with open arms showing the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil already had

    become independent. It is located 709 meters above sea level in the Tijuca National

    Park, atop the Corcovado Mountain. It was inaugurated on October 12, 1931, after

    about five years of work.

    The Temple of Kukulkan or Pyramid of Kukulkan

    Is also known by the name "El Castillo", a term used by the Spanish in the sixteenth

    century, looking for architectural similarity known in Europe.

    Its design has a pyramidal geometry, has nine levels or basements, four main facadeseach with a central staircase, and an upper platform topped by a pavilion. In this

    construction worshiped the Mayan god Kukulkan (Mayan language: Feathered

    Serpent)?, 2 why serpentine motifs can be seen in architectural decoration.

    Colosseum Romano

    The Colosseum, or the Coliseum, originally the Flavian Amphitheatre (Latin:

    Amphitheatrum Flavium, Italian Anfiteatro Flavio or Colosseo), is an elliptical

    amphitheatre in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy, the largest ever built in the

    Roman Empire, built of concrete and stone.

    It is considered one of the greatest works of Roman architecture and Roman

    engineering.
