Background
Gaudi can look to support a product launch in two main ways. That is not to say that other variations cannot be accommodated but rather to explain the two most common ways in which our business partners take advantage of our white label SIPP solutions.
The first of these, referred to as “Box One” involves taking our standard web-pages which are then branded in line with our business partners requirements. There is little integration work required as illustrations, applications and existing client information is accessed via a standalone URL. This approach would minimise any build work required by our business partners.
The second approach, referred to as “Box Two” sees our business partner being responsible for the creation of the front end / user interface and therefore the capture of the data required by Gaudi to perform the administration functions that we are responsible for. For those wishing to utilise this approach we make available a suite of APIs which cover the main administration functions. This has the advantage of ensuring the end-consumer only has one point of access and a more “joined up” experience.
The following pages explain a little more about what is contained under each approach and what a typical implementation timescale is.
Gaudi will provide:
• A branded log in URL (prefix: https://gaudi.ctc.uk.com/productname)
• An SSO URL to ‘sit behind’ an Apply Now button on partners website
• Branded literature
• Branded suite of letters
• Branded version of customer facing screens within Elements (our administration system)
• Adviser Log In which allows access to:
- Online Application workflow
- New Quote workflow
- Client records
- Dedicated Communication Record
- Email notification when updates have taken place on adviser or client communications record
• Client Log In which allows access to:
- Their own ‘Your Assets’ screen, consistancy of:
- Crystallised/Non-Crystallised ‘split’
- Overall ‘headline’ value of portfolio
- Transaction report for SIPP RBS Account
- ‘Your Details’ tab replaying static data
- Communications Record
• Option of ‘Paper’ / ‘Paper-free’ or ‘Optional’ for online applications
• Individual RBS Account applied to new plans
• Gaudi will open an investment account per SIPP
• Gaudi will apply for, ‘chase’ and receive transfers from existing pension provider(s)
• Gaudi will receive and accept contributions (Employer / Member / Beneficiary)
• Gaudi will apply for tax relief on member ‘net’ contributions
• A dedicated phone line (operated by Gaudi)
• A dedicated mailbox (operated by Gaudi)
• All ‘flavours’ of drawdown (Flexi-Access / UFPLS / Capped Drawdown)

Assumptions:
Gaudi will be the main point of contact, for both advisers and clients, via dedicated phone line and mailbox
Clients (if an Execution Only product) / Adviser (if an advised product) will key the applications
One ‘default’ investment manager and custodian for the product
Only assets that can be held with default custodian can be purchased
‘Standard Assets’ only
Gaudi will complete online Anti-Money Laundering checks of each client (if execution only)
Otherwise, adviser to provide CVI (global agreement can be signed to remove individual requirement)
All ‘new money’ (into a SIPP) will pass through Gaudi for official processing/acceptance
Gaudi will debit administration fees from SIPP bank accounts
Gaudi will pay Adviser Remuneration on receipt of transfer(s)
SIPP bank accounts will be swept to the investment manager with all funds received transferred for investment as soon as possible
What we need from you:
✓ Confirmation of whether the product will be Execution Only or Advised (it is important for us to understand this as early, in our conversations, as possible as it will dictate certain processes we are required to carry out)
✓ The name of the product i.e. ‘Example SIPP’
✓ Branding for the client and adviser facing screens
✓ Branding for literature
✓ Branding for suite of letters
✓ Confirmation of font style and size
✓ Confirmation of any colour coding (R, G, B code)
✓ Agreement of Administration Fee model
