Both models feature a rugged, body-on-frame chassis and increased horsepower and torque (versus 2014 model), making it the one-and-only full-size SUV for extreme-duty conditions. Tahoe PPV features an efficient 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine, delivering the best highway fuel economy in its segmenteven better than Ford Explorer Interceptor.1

Beneath its sheet metal, an extensive use of high-strength steel contributes to an overall stiffer body structure, improving ride and handling. Inside, OnStar with a 6-month trial service, 4G LTE2 with a 3-month trial service, Bluetooth3 connectivity, and wide rear door openings add convenience. And with dimensions nearly identical to those of the 2014 Tahoe model, its easier to transfer necessary equipment to the 2016 model.
