B. Thisprocedureshallapplytothebiddingphaseofaprojectonlyandhasnoapplicationtoissuanceof planstothesuccessfulbidder. C. ItshallbetheresponsibilityoftheABCmembertoidentifyhimselftothearchitect/engineeratthetime plansareissuedtobeentitledtotermsofthisagreement.

D. The architect/engineer will call upon the ABC to honor plan deposit guarantee should one of its contractormembers:

1 Notreturnplansandspecificationstoarchitect/engineerwithinten(10)daysafterbidsare receivedwithoutprioragreementofarchitect/engineer.
