Many thousands were spent on ‘big name’ industrial vacuums that simply could not cope with the work or operating environment. While these vacuums promised much and started well, they quickly blocked up or bleed dust through their filter systems.

Constantly shaking filters, the cleaning up from dust blowing straight through the vacuum, or replacing burnt out motors significantly added to expenses.Frustration and cost forced Andy Andersons to seek a better solution.

THE SOLUTIONAfter Collaboration with engineering firms, vacuum system experts, and many on the job trials with Andy Anderson the first ‘Dust Eater’ was created. A machine so named because of the awesome performance on fine dust jobs. Andy Andersons industrial customers quickly recognised the power and performance of this invention and requested ‘Dust Eaters’ for their own applications. QUALITY SUCKS: THE SECRET TO HILTONS SUCCESSHILTON’S AIR FILTER PATH TECHNOLOGY Finally, a solution to the problem that has bugged cleaners for over 100 years. Ever since the first vacuum was invented in 1901 manufacturers have all faced the same problem... How to get consistent ‘new out of the box’ suction on the job day after day? As the vacuum is used, the filters remove and trap dust particles from the air flowing through the vacuum. However as the filters block up with dust the air can’t move freely and the suction power of the vacuum drops off. Hilton has found an innovative way to overcome this problem. The Dust Eater uses a tuned cyclonic action to channel the dirty air away from the filters and centripetal force to ‘spin out’ the heavy dust and larger particles as they are sucked up. Because cleaner air gets to the filters there is less blocking, more consistent performance and less stopping work to maintain the vacuum. Favoring simplicity and reliability means almost bullet proof performance.

MULTI-SOCK FILTER SYSTEM LIGHTNING QUICK TO CLEANWasted time and messy filter cleaning is an inconvenience of the past. Cleaning the Dust Eater’s filters is super easy due to the spring action of the filters and an industrial grade Teflon coating on the filter fabric.
