W w t bspraying money around like our stated fd vt. uk tgovernments, we will not be spending t w c ffd. W fc challenge in contribution plans fundedby developers which have a $40mshortfall. Developer contributions aremanaged by Council to provide thefacilities expected in our developedareas. This includes roads, footpathsand parks. The $600m of facilitiesplanned exceed expected funds bysome $40m.
