• Research the person – have at least 10 interesting facts

• Find a work from that person– poem, song, etc.

• To earn extra credit points, you may bring a “souvenir” relevant to your person to give out to the class.– Example: If you are Langston Hughes,

you may bring pencils for everyone (he was a writer)

– Example: If you are Josephine Baker, you may bring blue cupcakes (she sang the blues)
