Bart³omiej Wójtowicz ECOD Product Development Manager, Comarch

Prior to joining Unilever, he spent a number of years organising pop concerts across the UK. The experience he gained has provided him with an unusual perspective on the world of fast-moving consumer goods. In 1997, after several years in the Unilever London head office, Nigel moved to the United States to lead ECR and Strategic Initiatives for the Sales department of Unilever. In 2000 Nigel joined the Global Customer Development department in Unilevers' Corporate Centre in the Netherlands. More recently Nigel has led the Unilever engagement with external associations. He was part of the project that led to the formation of the Consumer Goods Forum in June 2009. For the Forum,Nigel co-chairs the Future Value Chain programme as well as participates in many other of the Forum's activities.Externally Nigel is an advisory member of the International Commerce Institute board and engages in a number of ECR Europe programmes. Within Unilever Nigel plays a strategic role in the Global Customer Development leadership team.

Stefan Golonka, 58, joined Kraft Foods Polska in 1992 and in 1994 became the Managing Director of the Polish business. During his years with Kraft Stefan worked in Sales, Marketing, lead Business Unit and was managing companies’ major undertakings leading to the company’s development in Poland. Previous to Kraft Foods, Stefan has been working for Agros Company in variety of functions, recently Commercial Director of the Company. While working for Agros, Stefan has also worked for 5 years in the U.K., where he was responsible for development of distribution channels for Polish products.

Maciej Kubiak Country General Manager, Chep Polska President of the firm CHEP Poland, which specializes in pallets rental services. On present position since July 2010. He has worked in CHEP company since 2001. For this time Maciej has hold subsequently positions of Authorised Clerk, Sales and Asset Management Manager. For 9 years he manages the polish team responsible for the development of pallets rental services on local market. Maciej specializes in supply chain management, has many years of experience and knowledge in terms of pallets management in the company.

Dariusz £ukawczykDirector of Central Transport Department, NEUCA SA Director of Central Transport Department in NEUCA Group and the President of the Board in Farmada Transport (a company established to serve transport services to NEUCA Group). He joined the team of old TORFARM in 2005 on a position of Transport Manager. He was consistently promoted: to the position of TransportDirector (2008) and to President of the Board of Farmada (2009). At present position in NEUCA since 2010. Dariusz has over 20 years of experience in trade and logistics and over 12 years in courier services in DHL Express Company. For 3 years he was working in building sector. He is a member of Polish GS1 Board and Institute of Logistics and Warehousingexternal expert in area of transport.

Maximilian MusseliusExecutive Director, ECR Russia

After he graduated from Moscow State University n.a. Lomonosov, Economics (Master of Management) and Legal (commercial law) faculties, he started to work as Marketing Director in Gambro Sweden (2000 – 2003). Later, for over a year, he worked as Marketing Director and Senior Consultant in Kelis Consulting.Since 2004 the Executive Director of ECR Russia. Founder of the global information resource ECRoPEDIA [www.ecr-all.org]. From 2010 he holds a position of the Member of the Supervisory Board of ECR Asia Pacific and Co-Chairman of ECR Europe National Initiatives. Since 2011 he is the Board member of advisory council "Electronic Documents - Efficient Economy".

Dan Nistor, Co-chairman of ECR PolandCountry General Manager, Coca-Cola HBC

Dan Nistor joined the Coca-Cola system in 1993 as Sales Supervisor in Timisoara, Romania and since then assumed roles with continuously increased responsibility including the positions of Sales Manager in Oradea, General Manager in Timisoara and Lagos & North Division Director in Coca-Cola HBC operation in Nigeria. In 2002 Dan Nistor was promoted to the position of Country General Manager Coca-Cola HBC Baltic countries. From January 2007 to March 2011 Dan hold the position of Country General Manager in Poland. Dan Nistor holds a Master of Science degree from Technical University in Timisoara. Born in Timisoara in Romania, Dan Nistor is married (wife Simona) and has got two children: Ioana (13) and Mihai (10). He is interested in sport, especially skiing. He likes walking and reading in his spare time.

With Colian Group (earlier - Jutrzenka Holding) related till 2005. Before that, for more than 10 years, he worked in controlling department of 3 Nestle Polska factories. At Colian Group he was responsible for different functional areas. After the acquisition of Kaliszanka Company he was supervising the reorganization and implementation of the firm into the Colian structures. He also managed the production division of the whole holding. In logistics area since 2008. From this time he implemented several projects, f.e. Logistic Centre in Kostrzyn Wlkp. At present he is responsible for the development of storage and spedition services. He was also responsible for implementation of SAP system and optimalization of products availability project. Jarosùaw has a degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Poznañ and has finished several MBA Programmes (WSB, Nottingham Trent University and others).

Tomasz Waligórski, Director of the Commercial Department, BoD Member,Jerónimo Martins Dystrybucja S.A.

He began his cereer in JMD in 1995. Later, between 1999 and 2002 Tomasz workedfor two brands of supermarkets in Portugal: Feira Nova and Pingo Doce. In 2002 he was promoted to the position of Sales Director of the Madeira Jerónimo Martins Business Unit. After his come back to Poland in 2005 Tomasz was appointed COO of the East Region. He holds his present position since 2010.

She has many years of experience in logistics gained in different departments: customer service, demand planning and master data management.In 2005 she was appointed a Head of Master Data Department. She successfully led project teams responsible for implementation of information systems, focusing on EDI communication and sales and customer service processes.Since 2009 he has headed two teams responsible for customer service processes and master data management for Poland and Baltics. She deals with EDI implementation in the fields of communication with customers, particularly in the areas of orders and electronic invoices.

Her career began at early 90s in London, where she studied Communications and Marketing and worked in Ogilvy&Mather Agency. During her career she worked for The Rowland Company, GKK Direct and was Head of Marketing at Marie Claire magazine. For more than 10 years El¿bieta is the owner and Managing Director of El¿bieta Pe³ka Creative Services consortium. Managing interdisciplinary projects in marketing strategy area is one of El¿bieta's general specialities. Eli¿bieta is a professional member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, National Sales Awards judge in Great Britain and lecturer of communication and sales at i.a. Warsaw University and University of Lodz. In 2007 she established Polish National Sales Awards which is an exclusive and unique project in Poland. El¿bieta Pe³ka has a lot of passions including charity activities and PNSA developing.

The Chief Operating Officer of Jeronimo Martins Group and Country Manager for Jeronimo Martins in Poland, responsible for international expansion and managing operations in Poland and in Portugal. He started his career with JM Group in 1990 working in Buying roles at Pingo Doce in Lisbon, the leading supermarket in Portugal. In 1998 he was promoted to CEO of the Madeira JM Business Unit comprising of Pingo Doce and Recheio Cash&Carry and was responsible for all operational management of the two companies and the €100m sales per annum. By April 2000, he was CEO of Jeronimo Martins Poland and the Biedronka chain. Pedro Silva waslater promoted to the JM Group Board as COO in April 2010 and is a member of the JM Group Managing Committee. Pedro has a degree in Economics from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and has completed advanced management and executive development programmes with IMD in Lausanne and Harvard University.

He graduated from University of Economics in Cracow and Avans University in Breda. He began his professional career in Comarch, a company with extensive experience in EDI projects in Poland and abroad. His journey with Comarch began in 2005. During this time he was responsible for cooperation with Comarch's partners in Southern and Central Europe (i.e. Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine), business development including the dedicated solutions for clients. At present he is responsible for Comarch ECOD products development connected with electronic data interchange as well as adjusting solutions to current law requirements concerning e-invoice.

He began his career in 1996 in Bestfoods as Regional Sales Manager in Customer Development. Further, he was involved in a private project and set up an own company. Later, he worked for ABCO as Division Manager and, subsequently, as Deputy Purchase Director. He returned to Bestfoods in 1997 to hold the position of Organization Development Director. In 1998 he was promoted to the position of Key Account and Trade Marketing Director in Unilever. In 2004 he became Trade Relations Manager and since 2007 he has been in charge of the entire Customer Development Department in Poland and Baltics, also driving CD agenda within CEE region. He graduated from University of Economics in Katowice. Married, father of 3 daughters. Keen on mountain hiking and running.

PhD in Transport and Logistics. Graduate of the Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Postgraduate Course in Company Marketing, International Leadership Programme, Ashridge Management College in England. Previously employed as Production Director in SPEDPOL Sp. z o.o and Managing Director in PKS in Warsaw. Co-founder of the Polish Association of Logistic Managers, long-term member of the Auditing Committee of the Association. Author of numerous articles and papers on practical solutions for integrated delivery chains. Leader of implementing the first cross-docking general cargo distribution network of DB Schenker in Russia and the Ukraine.

He graduated from Mathematics and Ecomomy faculty at MCS University in Lublin. He also acomplished MBA Programm at Universyty of Minnesota. Since 1995 he has worked subsequently in variety of functions: Development Director, Marketing Director, Commercial Director and Managing Director and Vice President of the Board of Stokrotka. Since 2007 Marek Weso³owski is also a member of the Board of Emperia Holding SA, at present in a position of Vice President.
