GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: All workmanship and materials shall conform to all applicable codes.

1. Site Preparation: cut, root, and remove only those trees necessary for construction

2. Top Soil: Provide top soil where necessary.

3. Seeding: Fine grade and seed all areas disturbed by construction with turf type tall fescue.

4. Sidewalk: Broom finished concrete

5. Pest Control: All soil in building area to be treated for termites by a firm licensed and bonded to

do such work. Certificate supplied to owner

6. Footings: a) Verify all soil conditions at site, footing indicated is minimum.

HB&G. Railings to be treated yellow pine.

13. Floor System: ¾” Advantec subfloor and TJI joist as sized on drawings.

14. Roof System: Trusses as shown on drawings.

15. Roof: Asphalt shingles, (30 year GAF Weatherwood) over 5/8" OSB, with clips over 30 lb. Felt.
