Durham Technical Community College is dedicated to helping you achieve academic success. The Early Alert Initiative has been designed to help you if you are in danger of not completing your course successfully. If an instructor sends a referral form to the Early Alert Counselor or Tutor, you will be contacted, so we can help you stay on track. If you need help at any point in the semester, please let your instructor know.
“You Have Been Referred”
For What? Additional assistance from Durham Tech’s Early Alert staff. Why? Your instructor and your college are dedicated to doing everything possible to get you through this semester. The Early Alert Initiative is designed to help you connect with the additional resources you will need in order to succeed. What Happens Next? In the next few days, you will be contacted by a member of the Early Alert team inviting you to set up an initial consultation to learn more about Early Alert Tutoring, Counseling Services, and/ or Student Mentoring. How Much is This Going to Cost? Nothing. Nada. It is all free! All you have to do is take advantage of it. Make sure your instructor has your current contact information, and you will hear from us very soon!
