Welcome to Bangkok Restaurant hai cuisine is very distinctive, thanks to the liberal use of spicy ingredients, and to the combination of the best of Chinese and Indian culinary traditions and flavors — curries, coconuts, sweet and sour dishes, noodles, exotic spices and condiments. Although Thai cooking uses all of these ingredients, it still retains its own special character. Until recently, it was quite difficult to recreate the delicate flavors of Thai cuisine in America because many of the exotic spices and ingredients were unavailable. But today, curry pastes, fresh cumin, coconut milk, fragrant jasmine and sticky rice, different kinds of noodles, coriander, and peppers of various strengths are as readily available here as they are in the markets of Bangkok. Most Thai food is sliced into small pieces before serving or made soft enough to be cut with a fork or spoon. Our menu offers a wide variety of choices, including appetizers, salads, spicy and mild soups, and dozens of meats and vegetable dishes stir-fried in our wok that can be heard sizzling in the kitchen.
