Construct a new building on the TCAT-Morristown campus. Programs will include machine tool technology, HVAC, Welding, Computer Training, Classrooms, Offices, and support areas. 1) Proposers should submit their firm's direct project experience as the prime Designer for projects similar to the above description, 2) Proposers submitting projects completed by consultants must clearly identify the consultant and your firms past experience with that consultant, 3) Design will be accelerated and the proposal must include an anticipated schedule for design services.

1. Tuck-Hinton Architects PLC This firm’s submittal includes several higher education projects and a new TCAT building. Their experience includes high-tech labs, industry training spaces, multifunctional classrooms and related support spaces. The proposed project team has higher education experience and a history of working together.

2. Hefferlin + Kronenberg Architects PLLC This firm submitted a regional TCAT project which includes six new buildings. These sites include machine tool technology, HVAC, and welding programs along with classrooms and support spaces. Other submitted projects include a technical training center for welding and industrial training. The proposed team has experience on higher education projects and a history of working together.

3. Cope Associates, Inc. This firm’s submitted experience includes a large-scale renovation to repurpose an existing building to house several TCAT programs. This facility includes industrial maintenance, welding labs, advanced manufacturing, and industry training space. The proposed team has previous experience on some of the submitted projects and a history of working together.

1. Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood, Inc. This firm submitted higher education, industrial training and technical education projects. Programs in these buildings include flexible classrooms, training and education centers, flexible high bay space and advanced labs. The Robotics Technology park includes flexible spaces for a community college, private industry and military organizations. The proposed staff has experience working together, and on the reference projects.

2. Upland Design Group, Inc. This firm submitted higher education projects with flexible classrooms, flexible lab space, flexible high-bay spaces, industrial training space, mechanical maintenance programs, and other supporting spaces. One of their projects was a close match to this one, incorporating programs from a university, a community college, a technical college, and the city. The project team worked together on many of the reference projects.
