STelephone Management Application (TMA) TMA - Health ReportingTMA is a maintenance data collection and reporting tool that allows users to view and report the health of the RED ALERT Telephones. TMA includes a Windows®-based software application, compatible with Windows XP® and Windows 7® that is intended for use on a dedicated PC. Its Graphical User Interface provides an “at-a-glance” visual indication of each telephone’s status and activity. Also, offering a wide range of customer configurable report option, (including on-line, automated reporting, and emailing), the system is configurable to meet any customer requirement.
